JEROME JOSEPH RELKIN , a rebuttal witness, called on behalf of the State of Indiana,
being duly sworn by the court, testified as follows:
QUESTIONS BY MR. LEROY NEW,
Q. Will you state your name to the jury, sir?
A. Jerome J. Relkin.
Q. Are you the same Jerome Relkin who testified in behalf of defendant Gertrude Baniszewski previously in this cause?
A. I am.
Q. Mr. Relkin, when you were on the stand previously you testified you had worked or been employed at LaRue Carter Hospital?
Q. Did you neglect to tell the jury you were also a patient there?
A. You did not ask me.
Q. Is that a fact?
A. Yes, it is.
Q. Over what period of time?
A. I was a patient there from about March of '64 to April '65 and I was out several months in the summer of '64. I was a patient from March to about August and then from about October or November till the following April.
